Boyers is the CEO and Co-Founder of The Employ Africa Group, which is the globally preferred Employer of Record (EOR), Temporary Employment, Recruitment and Payroll Services company across Africa.
In a little over a decade, Boyers and his business partners have grown The Employ Africa Group into a Multinational company, which operates across continental Africa. Boyers revealed that with the opening of their offices in Algiers and Hassi Messaoud in Algeria at the beginning of 2021, this brings their coverage to 37 of the 54 African countries.
The Employ Africa Group have become key partners to a myriad of businesses within the Oil & Gas, Mining, ITC, Power Generation, Healthcare and NGO sectors, who are entering the African market for the first time. Our years of experience within the continent expedites and simplifies the process for these foreign entities wishing to enter the African market.
The diversity of the continent has required us to be a multilingual company, with English, French, Spanish, Xhosa, Zulu, Portuguese, Afrikaans and Arabic being spoken by the different members of the team.
The ability to keep clients up to date with changes in laws and maintaining compliance is what sets Employ Africa apart from their competitors. Besides the usual information feeds from the internet and the big 4 accounting firms, Employ Africa has an individual or corporate in every country who is tasked with keeping us current on local legislation. The ability to meet and greet in the country of work, reassures the work force who may be entering a country for the first time that they have a friendly face to turn to.
Due to the nature of business in Africa, not all governmental systems are automated and managed over the internet and it is often the case that immigration, tax or labour offices have to be visited to submit applications or submissions. Our physical presence in each country ensures that we are able to meet with the relevant authorities and build relationships with them to ensure that our contractors are compliant in their country so there is no delay with regard to them performing their duties.
