Mr. Truitt has distinguished himself professionally by being a first-generation entrepreneur and founding a software technology engineering firm in 1996 in the National Capital Region (NCR). Mr. Truitt was responsible for leading the development of the organization, including building a team to recruit over 1000 professionals and providing the corporate ecosystem to ensure optimal growth of the staff and continued customer support excellence. Mr. Truitt's organization is dedicated to supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) hiring practices to include military veterans and their spouses as well as medically challenged professionals. Under his leadership the company has ballooned from one person to over 300 now and over $46M in revenue. The company is now recognized on Inc.com and Statistica.com as one of the most successful private companies over the past 15 years at both a local, national and international level; primarily delivering technological solutions through Cyber-Security and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to ensure USA National Security, both domestically and internationally. The impact has resulted in a safer America and a safer world, by supporting the welfare for over 360+ million Americans both home and abroad. Mr. Truitt was recently responsible for expanding the company footprint through the acquisition of a private company as well as obtaining an international investor to ensure the continued healthy growth of the organization.
Over the past twenty (20) years, Mr Truitt has been passionately involved in the support of local community needs and missionaries overseas to include meeting physical needs as well as spiritual needs by spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He supports World Vision by adoption of children in Africa; as well as supporting the translation of the Holy Bible in various languages. He also supports the digging of wells in Africa to ensure clean drinking water for villages. Mr. Truitt also supports the Good Samaritan's Operation Christmas Child in Baltimore, Maryland on an annual basis by packing shoe boxes with supplies to be sent to children around the world to bless the families in need of hope and love. Mr. Truitt participates in hands-on missionary work to vulnerable families in Guatemala and Nicaragua to include supporting construction and mentoring children and adults. Some of the children and families Mr. Truitt supports are based out of Guatemala, Nicaragua, Africa, China, Korea, Japan, Mexico, England, Whales, Ireland, Indonesia, India, Spain and the Philippines. Through the generous giving of Mr. Truitt's time, talent, and treasure, millions of families have been impacted both physically and spiritually eternally.
