Before joining CVS Health, Karen held executive positions at Cigna® and Magellan Health®, where she served as president. She began her career with Ernst & Young as a certified public accountant. In 2023, Karen was selected for the TIME100 annual list of the hundred most influential people in the world. She was named the top-ranking leader for the last three years on Fortune’s list of the Most Powerful Women in Business. Karen graduated from Boston College and received her MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
