MATT WEST CEO of Feefo About Matt West: Matt West is the CEO of Feefo - a reviews and customer insights technology company which has injected new levels of trust and transparency into the relationship between consumers and brands. Matt became Feefo’s CEO in November 2018 after a management buy-out, acquiring the holdings of the co-founders. Matt has spent his career helping businesses improve their ability to market, sell and service. Professionally and personally, he’s passionate about helping to achieve this by connecting businesses with customers in a trusted relationship. He started his career in media and telecoms, where he drove change at all levels - from start-up companies to large enterprise businesses. Matt was part of the executive team that helped First Data go to IPO in 2015, serving as SVP/Head of EMEA Merchant Solutions. He also acted as Commercial Officer at UK/Relish Broadband during its launch focusing on B2C, B2B and IoT/smart city solutions.
