ABOUT DUNCAN PENNY Mr. Duncan Penny serves as Independent Non-Executive Director at The Vitec Group plc since September 1, 2018. Mr. Penny has been the Chief Executive Officer of XP Power Ltd. (alternate name XP Power PLC) since February 3, 2003. Mr. Penny joined XP Power PLC in April 2000 and served as Group Finance Director since April 2000 and as Secretary. From October 1998 to March 2000, Mr. Duncan served as the controller for the European, Middle Eastern and African regions for Dell Computer Corporation, prior to which Mr. Duncan spent eight years working for LSI Logic Corporation where he held senior financial positions in both Europe and Silicon Valley. From 1985 to 1990, Mr. Duncan spent five years at Coopers & Lybrand in general practice and corporate finance. Mr. Penny serves as an Executive Director of XP Power Ltd.
