These charges are driven solely from cost savings, meaning that the Neuven solution provides overall savings at zero cost. These meetings are all used to openly discuss on going actions within the business and offer an opportunity for cross departmental collaboration. The meetings are all client and development centric, looking to further develop Neuven’s offering. Employee Engagement Neuven have a great attitude of inclusion and engagement within the organisation, encouraging employees to engage on all levels of the business. The CEO, John Simmonds is active within the business on all levels and works to ensure that the company continues to strive forward. Neuven currently operates: • Weekly social meetings • Monthly Employee presentations • Monthly departmental collaborative meetings • Year Group wide meeting led by the CEO • Quarterly social event or team building exercises • End of year employee awards/employee of the year • Employee competitions – friendly team building exercises to help motivate staff
