BBL offers VISA and MasterCard credit cards, which allow customers to make purchases and access funds around the world. The VISACard also offers free travel accident insurance, free auto rental insurance and a range of emergency travel assistance services. BBL also offers Internet Merchant Accounts (IMAs), using PayPal’s PayFlow Pro Internet payment gateway, to enable the processing of credit card transactions through the Internet. BBIL focuses on the provision of financial services and lending to international clients. BBIL’s range of services to international customers includes International deposit accounts, which enable its customers to manage their finances wherever they are in the world, and tax- free, hard currency term deposits. ABOUT LYNDON GUISEPPI Mr. Guiseppi was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and as a director of CIHL in July 2008. Prior to joining CIHL, Mr. Guiseppi held the position of Managing Director of RBTT Merchant Bank. Mr. Guiseppi holds an M.Sc in Economics from the University of the West Indies. Mr. Guiseppi is also the Chairman and a Director of both The Belize Bank and Belize Bank International. Mr. Lyndon R. Guiseppi serves as the Managing Director of RBTT Merchant Bank Limited at RBC Financial (Caribbean) Limited. Mr. Guiseppi has been the Chief Executive Officer of Caribbean Investment Holdings Limited (formerly, BCB Holdings Ltd) since July 1, 2008. Prior to BB Holdings, Mr. Guiseppi served as the Managing Director of the Caribbean’s largest and most successful investment bank, where he was responsible for business growth, product development and enhancing profitability. Mr. Guiseppi is a senior finance and banking professional with over 18 years of professional experience. Mr. Guiseppi has been a Director of BCB Holdings Limited since August 1, 2008.
