After years of experience working in business change as a Management Consultant, both with Andersen Consulting and with his own company Xayce, Peter saw first-hand the challenges UK organisations faced when resourcing change programmes. One of Grayce’s largest clients has deployed over 100 Analysts in to the business since 2013. Whilst Peter focused the team on growing the business in the short term, he remained committed to driving Grayce’s long term growth and expansion. In July of this year, Peter successfully secured backing and investment from Literacy Capital, to help Grayce broaden its services and support the careers of hundreds of business change professionals. The investment in to the business has seen an increase of people in the HQ team, in order to keep up with both applicant and client demand. Peter remains a driven leader, helping to broker relationships with leading blue-chip clients and was most recently responsible for securing one of the UK’s largest banking groups, as a client.
